What we collect
News Skimmer does not require a login or account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personal information. The app does not create user profiles and does not track you across other apps or websites.
How the app works
News Skimmer shows a feed of publicly available news headlines. When you tap a story, the app opens the original article in your device browser. From that point, the publisher's own website and privacy policy apply.
Sharing
Because we do not collect personal information from News Skimmer users, we do not sell, rent, or share user data with anyone.
Third-party sites
Articles you open in the browser are hosted by their publishers. Those sites may set cookies or collect information under their own policies. News Skimmer does not control that.
Children
News Skimmer is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
